n the province of Chimborazo, there are several micro devoted to the processing of sausages, the same that have a record of income and expenses, such as sausages microenterprise "The Polytechnic" located in the interiors of the ESPOCH. Our research work is directed towards the analysis of the production and marketing so we can determine the types of revenues and expenditures of the micro and information on the income statement. For this we will consider the types of products it manufactures, processes and finally manufacture.
We will study key terms and concepts that are related to the theme of this research so we can look at each of the issues and determine the main characteristics of them, and then through a statistical analysis of the variables obtained from the information microenterprise able to make tables and graphs representing the results and thus apply what they learned in classrooms.
Certain conclusions and recommendations following this analysis to ensure the growth of micro and acceptance of it on the market. Establish annexes indicate what evidence of our research as photographs of the company and the products that work in it, will determine a schedule of activities that will stipulate the time, we will make a financial report of our expenses in the preparation of this research.
